Business Conduct

Introduction

This policy sets forth the standards of business conduct and compliance that all employees of Manno Media are expected to uphold. These standards are essential to maintaining the Company’s reputation for integrity and ethical business practices. 


Scope

This policy applies to all employees and contract workers of Manno Media, regardless of their position or location. It also applies to all directors, officers, and other agents of the Company. 


Policy

Manno Media is committed to conducting business in an ethical and responsible manner. The Company’s employees are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Company’s internal policies and procedures.


Specific Prohibitions

The following are specific examples of prohibited conduct under this policy:

  • Bribery: Offering, giving, promising, or soliciting anything of value to a public official or other person with the intent to influence an official act.
  • Corruption: Engaging in any dishonest or unethical conduct in order to gain an unfair advantage in business.
  • Extortion: Obtaining anything of value from another person by means of force or threat.
  • Other illegal or unethical conduct: Engaging in any other conduct that is illegal or unethical, or that violates the Company’s internal policies and procedures. 


Reporting Violations

Employees who suspect or observe a violation of this policy should immediately report the matter to their supervisor or to the Company’s compliance department. All reports will be investigated thoroughly and confidentially.


Enforcement

Any employee who violates this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
